Welcome to dataguardians. These terms govern your access to and use of our training programs, info products, and physical goods in 2026. By enrolling or purchasing, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Services and Enrollment

Our core offerings include instructor-led and self-paced training on privacy best practices, password systems, and secure digital habits. Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent to you.

2. Info Products

We provide digital resources such as e-guides, videos, and templates. Access is granted immediately upon payment completion. All info products are delivered in downloadable format.

3. Physical Goods

We offer branded training materials and merchandise. Items are shipped to the address you provide. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary.

4. Reimbursement Policy

4.1 Training Services

If you cancel at least 7 days prior to a scheduled live session, we will reimburse the full amount via your original payment method within 14 days. You may opt to reschedule once at no extra cost. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior are non-reimbursable due to arrangements with instructors and resource allocation.

4.2 Info Products

Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. After approval, access to the digital files will be revoked and the amount paid will be reimbursed. Products downloaded or accessed in full beyond this period are not eligible.

4.3 Physical Goods

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Upon verification, we will send a replacement at our cost or reimburse the amount paid. To initiate, reach out via contact our team. Items must be shipped in their original packaging; we will provide a shipping label at our expense.

5. Rescheduling

Live training may be rescheduled once with at least 7 days notice. Subsequent requests may incur additional administrative charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and swapmarks provided by dataguardians remain our property. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

7. Liability

We strive to deliver accurate and up-to-date guidance. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from application of our material. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product.
